No artificial Colors or Preservatives, This variety is Mediterranean Green Lentil Rotini with Garlic Herb Sauce & Mediterranean Citrus Seasoning, it has 20 g protein, 5 g fiber per serving. Kit includes vegetables, sauce and seasoning. It was very easy to prepare and tasted fresh and delicious. My family of 5 said it tasted like a nice restaurant meal. #Free #sponsored
