Having always wanting to try a meal delivery service, I was excited to get 2 shipments of 5 meals each from IONutrition. I have to say, I was not sure what to expect, but I was sold after the first meal I tried. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful and the combinations of ingredients were perfect together. I really enjoyed every bite. It was very nice to know that I had 5 healthy and tasty dinners in my frig for the week. It actually made me want to eat better during the day as well. I love that the portions are really quite large and filling. I was never left hungry. I like that they are organic and I could sure taste the difference with everything being fresh as well. I got to try dishes I had never tried before and ingredients that I was not sure I would like, but I really did end up enjoying each meal. I like that there are several different plans to purchase and has something for everyone. I think this is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone.
