Since my family decided to have an non traditional feast for Thanksgiving this year, I was so excited to get (4) 12-oz T-Bone Steaks from The Tender Filet.  They arrived with plenty of time to spare, in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice.  The steaks were individually vacuume sealed and frozen.  They were a beautiful cut, about 3/4" thick and marbled perfectly.  I could not wait to fire up the grill!  We had a beautiful warm day in Ohio on Thanksgiving this year so I was happy to get outside and get the grill started.  I seasoned the steaks with some fresh ground pepper and sea salt and they were ready for the grill.  I grilled them for 3 adults and 2 children. Some were grilled Medium, Medium Rare and 1 Well Done.  Each and every one of us enjoyed every bite! The Tender Filet T-Bones were very tender and I barely needed a knife to cut them. They tasted just as good and better than some Supper Clubs and Steak Houses we have been to.  I grilled onions, mushrooms and garlic for the side of the steaks. Loaded baked potato, Grilled fresh asparagus, Corn on the cob, Baked sweet potatoes, Hawaiian sweet rolls and Cherry pie and a creme brule' latte for dessert. The steaks of course were the highlight of the meal, which made all of our neighbors jealous when they smelled our T-Bones on the grill outdoors! I could have been more happy with the customer service, delivery, cut, size and flavor of these fantastic 12-oz T-Bones from The Tender Fillet and I cannot wait to try the seafood, ham, poultry, lamb, sides and desserts.  I think these steaks would make an excellent gift for anyone who enjoys a good steak.  I also love the idea of ordering for holiday meals throughout the year.  I recommend it!
