I was given a sampling of some of the EAS sports nutrition to try, share and give my honest opinion. The packaging is very nice. I started the morning with a EAS Complete Protein Nutrition Shake Mix, vanilla flavor. I mixed it with 8 oz of milk which was easy to measure in the nice sports bottle provided. The powder mixed up easily and it tasted really good. 25 grams of protein in one drink is really nice! I have tried other protein bars before and I have to say I was NOT looking forward to trying this one BUT to my surprise it was very good! The chocolate and peanut butter bar is a delicious way to get 30g of protein, antioxidants and vitamins. If you are in the market for sports nutrition this is a very good one!
