Being someone who likes the outdoors, I was happy to get this water resistant cree T6 800 lumens flashlight by iTECHOR.  I love the size of this flashlight, it fits very well in my hand and is perfect to take along while walking the dog at night.  I like that it has the different settings of brightness, focus and strobe.  I really like that it is water resistant so I don't have to worry when the weather conditions are not ideal.  I like that the flashlight has a clip as well as a loop that I can wear on my wrist so if I have to use that hand, I can easily do so and not drop the flashlight.  The distance of the light is very impressive. I feel more confident while I am out at night because I can see very well while using this water resistant flashlight.  I think this would make a nice gift and a great addition to add to your glove compartment, camping gear and backpack.  I recommend it.
