  • THE VERY BEST QUALITY AVAILABLE -
  • We have the best barrels on the market which are built with new oak wood that last ages as well as durable stands, spigots and bungs to match.

  • CHARRED TO PERFECTION -
  • Our barrels are made by 4TH GENERATION COOPERS (barrel maker) and just like any oak barrel, the inside is charred, however ours are done to perfection which gives the contents a natural-oak flavor.

I have always wanted an oak wood barrel for aging whisky, so when I seen this one, I knew I had to have it!  I was not disappointed. The first thing I did was remove the bung to take a sniff o the inside of the barrel, wow it smells amazing! I love the way they charred the inside to perfection.  I love how even though this American Oak Wood Barrel is made from new wood, it looks old and has that old world craftsmanship. It is a good size to fit on a home bar or mantle  (9x8x6 inches) This would be a great piece just to have for decoration but I can't wait to age some whisky in it. I blew inside to be sure the barrel is airtight and it is.  Now I have to soak and cure it and go and buy some whisky.  I am really looking forward to using this beautiful well made wood barrel to age my whisky.  I think this would make a great gift for adults over 21 who have a home bar or enjoys a fine wine, whisky, beer or other aged alcoholic beverage.
