I think Everclear is the perfect base for this tasty celebratory cocktail!
King Cake Cocktail
1 ounce Everclear1 ounce Passion Fruit Syrup
3/4 ounces Amaretto
3/4 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounces Cassis Liqueur
Green sanding sugar for garnishFirst, rim a chilled cocktail coupe with green sanding sugar. Then, in a shaker 2/3 filled with ice, shake for 20 seconds. Strain into the chilled and garnished cocktail coupe. Enjoy!
