It is always nice to have a spare pair of hair cutting scissors, so I was happy to get this set of hair cutting scissors with a pair of thinning shears. This set of scissors also came with 2 plastic hair cutting guides. I have never seen anything like this before but I think the guides may help some people create a straight line. I find it easier to just use my finger as a guide. I think this is a nice set of scissors for home bang trims and basic cuts.
