KIPP Columbus Elementary chose ten 1st graders to be a part of Momentum-Excellence at the Speed of Dance - Wonderful Einstein and Kayden was one of ten who got to perform with 450 kids from different Columbus Ohio schools. They performed downtown Columbus at the Rife Theatre to a packed house.
Momentum uses movement, music, and performance to motivate school children to strive for excellence, while exploring academic content areas. Momentum's 2016 show centers around the celebration of the life and spirit of Albert Einstein and his values of curiosity, imagination, and the wonder that propelled his scientific discoveries.
The show was fabulous! The energy from this huge group of kids was amazing! I loved the story, the music and dancing and I especially loved how it made me feel afterward. Proud and full of life and wonder.
