  I tried Healthy Now Nutritionals Colon Cleanse Detox Plus Extra Strength Proprietary Formula to Cleanse the Colon Naturally and Promote Regularity.  I decided not to use this supplement  daily, but rather to take as an occasional basis to cleanse the colon.  So I took 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime for 7 days, also increasing my fiber and water intake and decreasing my red meat, dairy and wheat intake for this week.  I can tell you after a weeks time I felt great! This product was gentle on my system and it was worth the week long colon cleanse. I have enough in this bottle to do this again in 6 months.  I am pleased with the results.
