Having had high glucose levels and high cholesterol levels in the past, I was happy to get to try this Bergamonte supplement from Nutri Lifescience because research has shown that the compounds in Citrus Bergamot supports healthy total cholesterol (LDL)Triglycerides, blood glucose levels, while increasing HDL which is exactly what I have been working on lowering the last 10 months with a proper diet. I like that I can add this supplement to my daily routine to help support healthy cholesterol and blood glucose levels and continue to keep these levels in check. I like that one bottle is a 1 month supply and these vegetable capsules are easy to take with a glass of water before I eat lunch and again before I eat dinner each day. I have had no negative side effects.
