The new way to buy, discover & share wine!
Here are the 4 bottles of wine that were suggested to me after answering some questions about my flavor profile.

Deep flavors of dark fruit and spice give this sustainably-made Lodi wine a structured complexity.

Meraki (may-RAH-kee) translates to "the soul, creativity, or love put into something" or "the essence of yourself infused in your endeavors". It’s a true testament to the tender love and care we put into this 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon. Made with grapes from the sustainable Vista del Sol Vineyard in Lodi (and certified green under the Lodi Rules) it joins deep flavors of black currant, blackberry, vanilla and sweet oak spice with a full body. Drink it with your favorite pasta dishes, pair it with pizza or spread the love and bring it along to your next BBQ.

Passarola’s here to introduce you to Portugal — the Old World producer making serious moves to the top of today’s heap!

Portugal, one of Europe’s oldest nations and the world’s largest exporter of corks, is home to over 250 indigenous varietals. Why, then, do their wines fly under the radar? With a slew of eclectic wines crafted from a slew of unique grapes, the results were inevitably low profile. But that’s now changing, since The Huffington Post calls Portugal an up-and-coming, “small but mighty” superstar. Our 2015 Passarola Vinho Branco is proof-positive that Portuguese wines deliver unmatched bang for the buck. Named for the imaginative “balloon ship” invented in 1709 by a priest in Lisbon, Passarola combines Arinto and Fernão Pires, two native grapes that exude fresh notes of white peach, grapefruit, and lemon. Uncork this white blend with friends, then follow the tradition of the Old World locals by pairing it with seafood…especially bacalhau!

Lychee, white flower and exotic spice illuminate this off dry aromatic blend.

This wine is a state of mind — easy-as-it-gets, friendly, sunshine in a glass. With juicy flavors of lychee, elderflower and white flower, this 2015 White Blend of Muscat, Viognier and Gewürztraminer is meant to brighten your day and give any moment a little dose of sweetness - but not too much. It’s an off dry white, which means it falls somewhere in between dry and sweet. Drink it alone or pair with spicy foods like Thai and Chinese to add a little wonder to your day.

Sunshine in a glass! White wine lovers across the board will adore this easy-drinking, aromatic blend.

Imagine yourself on a scorching summer day, lounging by the pool or laughing and relaxing with your friends on the patio. Now picture those scenarios again, this time with a chilled glass of the Wonderful Wine Co. White Blend in your hand. This wine is a state of mind — easy-as-it-gets, friendly, bright, and happy. You can’t go wrong!

The 2014 White Blend can (and should!) be drunk on any and every occasion. It’s meant to give any moment a little dose of sweetness, and its juicy flavors of lychee candy, banana, and white peach definitely don’t disappoint. Here’s how the grapes affect the end product: Sauvignon Blanc adds zippy acidity, Muscat Canelli provides lush notes of lychee, and Viognier and Chenin Blanc up the aromatics with white flowers and honeysuckle. With a medium body and a pretty finish, it’s about as approachable as a wine gets — so pair with your favorite salad or some shrimp, and add some sweetness to your life with the Wonderful Wine Co

I love the concept of Winc, it is more than just a site to buy wine, it is a wine company that gives you a full experience from filling out your flavor profile to choosing what wine is best for you and the event and menu you are buying for. The variety is fantastic, from A-Z there is a wine for everyone and every occasion. I really like the gift giving concept and wine club that helps give you the knowledge to choose what you know you like already and gives you choices of wines that you may never thought of trying before.

Winc also shows pairings and recipes for their wines which really come in handy for those who like to entertain and want to come up with something new for their guests, whether it is an intimate dinner for two, a girls night out, formal dining or an impromtu outdoor social gathering in the backyard.

I like that there is a wine from Winc that is just right for every occasion. I am making a nice wine gift basket for Easter to give to the hostess of our traditional Easter dinner.
