  This is my first meat thermometer and I am quite impressed with its ease of use, quick response and accuracy.  I have always wanted a meat thermometer and now I finally have one.  No more guessing if the Thanksgiving bird is done, being not sure , so cooking it longer and ending up with an overcooked dry bird!  I like how easy it is to use and clean up afterward, it stores away nicely in my kitchen drawer and is ready to go when I need it.
