  I have had some great results with Canigs Natural Garcinia Camogia! I have lost weight with no change in activity or diet.  I have tried a LOT of weight loss supplements and this one really helps me control my appetite and has increased my energy as well.  It must be burning fat because I am losing weight! I have been taking 2 capsules on the morning, waiting an hour then eating breakfast.  I also take 2 more capsules 1 hour before dinner time and I am loving the results!
