 I am a Diabetic so I was happy to get to try Gluko-Mata Natural Supplement for Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes by Natuva.  I started right away taking 1 herbal capsule twice a day about an hour before my 2 main meals.  I like that it helps lower my blood sugar levels and I feel no negative side effects. I really like that this  dietary supplement is all natural and still lowers my blood sugar. I am going to continue to use these herbal capsules to help control my Diabetes. I recommend it, but like anything else, I suggest you consult your health care professional before taking any new dietary supplement.
