I was excited to get the Just Bamboo 3 Piece Cutting Board Set. I use cutting boards several times a day in the kitchen and I have been looking for another set to add to the cutting boards I already have.  I did not know that bamboo fights bacteria and has a natural antimicrobial property and makes a great material for cutting boards.  I really like this fact and it makes me feel confident in using the cutting boards.  I like that they come in 3 sizes because I have a system that I use to use different types of foods for certain cutting boards. I use all my large boards for meat, medium for vegetables and small for fruits. I like to keep my meat cutting boards separate.  This set of 3 bamboo boards are very nice, they look so nice in my kitchen. I have decided to throw away my plastic cutting boards and use these exclusively.
