I was thrilled to get to try the Zester/Grater by Smarty Pants Supplies!  I LOVE to cook and especially bake.  I cook every day and I have always wanted a zester/grater.  I have seen cheap looking ones in the stores and did not buy because I was holding out for a good one that would last a long time and do the best job for the task at hand.  I was not disappointed in this one! It is nice and long, has a comfortable handle and a clear plastic sheath to put it in when you store it for next time.  I really like that it is not exposed in the drawer, which protects the kitchen tool as well as everything else in the drawer.  I also like that it has a hole in the top of the handle so I can hang it underneath my cabinets for quick access.  So far I have used my to zest lemon peel and to grate garlic and ginger. It makes it so much easier to add these fabulous fresh ingredients when you have this zester/grater.  I can NEVER seem to dice thin enough with a knife, so this is fabulous! I recommend it.
