Whole Egg placed inside the ring to cook sunny side up and served on a tasty bagel.
For these 2 I used 2 whole eggs in a bowl, added shredded cheese and salt and pepper then used a whisk to whip them up and poured them equally into 2 rings and let them cook.

Here on the Left are the scrambled cheesy eggs nicely formed to fit a bagel perfectly and on the Right is the whole egg cooked sunny side up in the rings to fit onto the bagel.
I was very happy to get to try this 4 pack of Non Stick Silicone Egg/Pancake Rings by Cornucopia Brands. I have always wanted to try an egg ring but I have not because they were metal and I have coated nonstick pans. I like how these rings are silicone and they do not harm my pans and they are easy to remove from the formed egg after it cooks. I find them very easy to clean and store. I like that these rings have a handle to remove them from the hot pan. This works great! I also like that the handle can be removed to use in the microwave. I love that I can scramble up an egg and add whatever I want, like cheese, crumbled bacon, ham, spinach, tomatoes, onion or whatever my family wants and cook them up in this ring and everything stays put so onion is not touching the girls eggs who do not like etc. I also like that after they cool a bit, my little girls can pick them up like a bagel and just eat them on the go if they have to. I have even made them ahead of time and stored them in the frig to heat up later in the day or the next day. I like that they are BPA safe and non stick silicone. Since I got them I am using them all the time. I can't wait to try them for pancakes next.
