I was happy to get to try Syono Gel Insoles.  I ordered the Women's size 5-9 since I wear a women's size 7 shoe.  When I opened the packaging I could see and feel that these insoles have a nice gel padding to them.  I like how each part of the insole insert is made for each part of the bottom of the foot.  I think they feel really nice under my feet. 

 

 I was unsure exactly how to trim mine and did not want to ruin them by cutting them wrong and having them not fit in my shoes, so what I did was remove the insert of the shoes I wanted to wear these new gel insoles in that traced the shape onto the insole and trimmed where it was needed.  This worked very well for me and they fit perfectly in my shoes.  I like how my foot feels cushioned from the cement and I am able to stand on my feet longer, without having aching feet all night.
