I like that I can start at 22 lbs and work my way up as slow or fast as I want.  I like that this can be used for rehab after surgery, strengthening for playing musical instruments, as a part of strengthening for sports like gymnastics and tennis or building muscles for weight lifting.  I like that there are so many levels and uses all in one hand grip.  I recommend it.
