I was happy to get to try Luna Kids Sleep Aid by IntraNaturals.  I like that this sleep aid uses natural chamomile, valarian  and melatonin.  I like that this is a safe and natural way to ease children to sleep so they can have a full nights rest, which I feel is very important.  I like that adults who are sensitive to sleep aids can also use this supplement to relax and fall asleep.  I think it is really nice that there is something other than harsh chemical sleep aids that make you feel drugged and sluggish the next day. This natural sleep aid works great when I need a full nights rest.
