I love to experiment when I cook and try new things so I was excited to get The Spice Lab Gourmet Collection of 6 glass tubes in a wooded stand with salt spoon in a nice gift box.  First of all it looks amazing sitting out on my kitchen counter.  It is already a topic of conversation when guests see it.  I love that I got to try 6 new gourmet salts from smoked sea salt from North Carolina to Cyprus Citron flakes from the Island of Cyrus and places in between.  They have beautiful colors and textures and are very nice to work with when creating dishes in the kitchen for my friends and family.  I think they are especially nice to use on fresh produce. The simple delicious flavors of fresh grown produce with a dash of these fabulous gourmet salts make all the flavors pop and taste amazing.  This is a site you have to check out for yourself.  There is page after page of unique and wonderful spices, salts, teas, pantry items, mixology and gifts.  I love that they have a very nice gift wrapping service with a large variety of styles to choose from.  I think anything from the Spice Lab would make an excellent gift for the gourmet on your shopping list.  I recommend it.
