I was happy to get this ebook Kale The Everyday Superfood 150 Nutritious Recipes to Delight Every Kind of Eater. They are not joking about this title. With so many diverse kale recipes in this book, I cannot imagine anyone not finding a dozen they like. I fell in love with kale after I got a recipe for a delicious soup that called for kale. My family loved it so much and the kale is what really topped it off. We are all big fans of kale now. I like that the book includes what to look for when buying kale and tips on how to grow my own at home. I love that there are so many smoothie recipes to try! My family has smoothies every morning and this book gives so many wonderful recipes. I also like that there are recipes for comfort foods that include kale. In my mind, it makes it ok or at least better to have these comfort foods once in awhile when a superfood is added! I recommend this book for anyone who wants to learn more about and incorporate this superfood into their diet.I received this product in exchange for a review.
