I was very happy to get this Premium Bamboo Cutting Board and Serving Tray with Juice Groove by Pratico Kitchen.  I have to say, I think  this is a fabulous cutting board/serving tray!  It is a beautiful, sturdy bamboo board that I can use on either side. The front has a very useful groove around the edge to keep juices from running off the board and making a mess.  The back side is just flat all the way around.   I love how big it is and how sturdy it is, so that it can actually be used for serving as well as preparing.  I like that it is portable and I can take it anywhere I need a cutting surface or serving tray, indoors or out.  I like that it is easy to clean with soap and water and with the application of my wood cutting board oil, I know it will last a very long time.  I think this is a fantastic piece that anyone would love to have, use and display in their kitchen.  I like how smooth the bamboo board is and it holds up, under the knife very well.  I think the size, groove feature and quality of this cutting board makes this a a "must have" in any home.  I recommend it!
