I was happy to get this paperback book titled Legal English Dictionary and Exercise Book Drafting Commercial Contracts by Michael Howard.  As I read through this book, I found it to be well organized, easy to read and a good reference book for law students and those who's first language is not English.

I like that it is not only a dictionary but a glossary of types of contracts, commercial considerations, introductory contract terms, duties and obligations and boilerplate clauses.  At the end of the book I like that there are a lot of different types of  exercises that include the answers at the very end of the book.  I think this would be a good dictionary for law students.
