Since I make healthy smoothies each morning and am always looking for supplement powders to add to them, I was happy to get to try Cardio Whey Rich Cocoa by CardioTabs. Just the smell of the powder alone, made me want to try this whey protein. 9 grams of sugar is a bit high for me but doable.
I put 2 scoops in each 12 ounce smoothie every morning with different frozen berries and dark greens. I really love how this tastes and the added benefits of 21grams of protein helps curb my hunger and help with muscle recovery all day along with the fiber for digestion. I think this is a tasty way to get protein into my daily diet and I recommend it.
