I have to admit, before reading this Kindle Edition of Scrum Basics, I had no idea what Scrum was or its relevance to me and my life. I like that they took what was not working and costing a lot of time and money and changed it, even though those practices had been successful for other industries in the past. Through creative problem solving and continuous direct communication they found a way to solve their issues together. I like that this book is easy to read and a nice guide to follow for agile project management.
