MAGNESIUM: THE RELAXATION MINERAL (AND SO MUCH MORE!) -

Magnesium is the relaxation mineral. It helps to soothe anything that's tight, irritable, crampy, or stiff, whether it's a body part or an even a mood! But that's not all  Magnesium is also crucial to the body's function, supporting the heart, nervous system, and cellular energy. It reduces fatigue and anxiety, and is essential for the proper maintenance of your bones and muscles.

SUPPORTS 300+ BIOCHEMICAL REACTIONS IN YOUR BODY -

Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also helps regulate blood sugar levels, promotes normal blood pressure, and is involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis. It is even being looked at by scientists for preventing and managing disorders such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

UP TO HALF OF AMERICANS ARE DEFICIENT- Mainly from a diet based on white flour, meat, and dairy - all of which contain no magnesium! What's worse is that excess alcohol, salt, coffee, and phosphoric acid in soda all deplete any remaining magnesium in your system, which deprives your body and creates a deficiency. If you suspect you have a deficiency, talk to your Doctor about IntraNaturals Magnesium Glycinate.

SYMPTOMS OF A MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY - If you have any of these symptoms, you may be deficient in magnesium; muscle cramps or twitches, insomnia, irritability, sensitivity to loud noises, anxiety, autism, ADD, palpitations, angina, constipation, anal spasms, headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, asthma, kidney stones, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, PMS, menstrual cramps, irritable bladder, irritable bowel syndrome, reflux, trouble swallowing.

I learned so much about magnesium glycinate and what it can do for my body.  I really it only helped with leg cramps and strengthening bones.  That is all I ever heard about magnesium, before now.  I was happy to get to try this Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg from IntraNaturals.  I am enjoying the benefits of this supplement.  I like that it is known as the relaxing mineral, known for relaxing anything in the body that is tight, stiff or cramping.  I really like that it also helps with my mood when I am irritated or anxious.  I like that I can take this supplement on a daily basis as part of my health regime.  As a coffee drinker, I am aware that coffee depletes my magnesium, so I am happy to incorporate it back into my diet.  I recommend everyone take a look at the information and see for yourself if this dietary supplement would be beneficial.
