Since I have found a lot of new recipes that call for weight measurements in baking rather than cups, I was happy to get this Digital Kitchen Scale by Ultimate54. I love the way it looks in my kitchen, it is very modern and stylish looking. I like its accuracy time and time again.
I like that it is easy to use and the easy to see the numbers. I like that I can place food directly on the glass measuring plate or in a cup on the plate. It is easy to clean up. I like that the range of weight allows me to measure a tablespoon of almonds or a package I am sending off in the mail.
