Directions
Take one softgel daily. For best absorption take just before or during a meal.
I like that this supplement is a soft gel that can be taken just before breakfast and fits it nicely with a daily routine. I like the light lemon flavor on my tongue before I swallow the soft gel. It is nice that each bottle is a 2 month supply. I love that the supplement not only supports babies health but also helps with post natal depression for the mother. I like that there is no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or any common allergens like wheat, lactose, gluten. I like that there is the maximum benefit of each ingredient without the risk of toxicity for the baby or mother. I like that this supplement can be taken before conception to improve health, during pregnancy to benefit baby and mom and after giving birth while nursing. I like that this is a good source of DHA, folic acid and prenatal vitamins all in one soft gel.
