I like that this supplement can be taken as a preventative measure, especially when a person is prone to yeast infections during a certain times or circumstances. I like that there are natural ingredients like, garlic, oregano and grapefruit seed extracts. I like that it is an easy to take capsule that I can take with water in the morning. I like that it keeps a nice balance of microflora so I don't have to worry about any yeast infections while I am taking this supplement.
