My daughter and I have always wanted to try a balance ball so I was happy to get the Forever Flex Stability Ball.  What I love most about this exercise ball is that it comes in many different sizes to fit the height of the person using it. Being that I am 5' 5" and my Daughter is 5' 3" we both needed a smaller ball to allow for a 90-degree angle at our knees and our thighs to parallel the floor while sitting on top for proper use.  I really like that this ball is heavy duty yet it is flexible.  I think it is a wonderful addition to our at home gym and we are looking forward to using it for many years to come. I like that it comes with a hand pump, a valve tool and a link to download posters, videos and detailed proper workouts for the use of the flex exercise ball.  I think this would make a good gift for anyone looking to strengthen their core and workout at home or use at the office.
