Since my whole family loves to snack throughout the day, I was excited to get these YummySnack Bars by Yummy Health.  I like that they come in a large variety of flavors, so there is something for everyone's taste preference.  I really like that each bar is full of protein, fiber and omega 3's and a low amount of sugar.  This makes for guilt free healthier snacking in our house.

I like that they are individually wrapped so we can pack them in a lunch box, backpack, in the car, or diaper bag and have them available when a snack attack occurs.  I think these snack bars are a great alternative to junk food and candy bars.  I really like that the protein and fiber in each bar keeps me from wanting to snack more in between meals.

I like that I can give my family a YummySnack Bar and feel good about what they are eating.  I think these would make great stocking stuffers this holiday season and perfect for having around the house and ready to go whenever you want a snack.
