Some of the benefits of this prenatal vitamin that I like the best are that it has a probiotic and folic acid.  That is very important to me when choosing this kind of supplement. I love that only 1 tablet needs to be taken per day and it can be taken on an empty stomach.  This is a big plus as far as I am concerned.
