 I was excited to get to try the Pratisphere Ice Sphere Molds- Set of 4 by Pratico Goods.  I have tried other types of ice sphere molds which I did not have much luck with and were more of a bother and a waste of time and space in my freezer.  This was not the case with this set of 4 molds. I love that they are very easy to use, I just filled water to the line, placed the purple lid on top and filled the rest of the way through the hole in the top and popped them in the freezer until they were frozen. I was surprised how easily the top comes off by using the tabs on the sides. If the ice did not release by itself, I just ran a bit of water on it and it popped right out! This was a super easy process and well worth the bit of effort to make them!  I think these ice spheres would be great in a big punch bowl.  I cannot wait to place berries and lemon slices in the molds with juice or water and make some decorative festive ice spheres! I like that I can make 4 and pop them out and keep them in the freezer and make 4 more easily and keep doing this until I have a big bowl of ice spheres just to keep in the freezer for quick use or in preparation for a party or get together!  I recommend these ice sphere molds, they really work great and they are super cool and quite the conversation starter! I think they would make a nice gift as well.
