I was happy to get to try this Short Sleeve Rash Guard by Legend Rash Guards.  My son has the long sleeve version of this workout shirt and really likes it, so I thought this short sleeve version would be great for summer workouts.  I like that you use the same sizing as your normal shirts. This makes it easy to buy and you know you are getting the right size.

I like this breathable fabric that protects the skin from rubbing and being irritated. It is easy to wash and it is a good quality that holds up well.  My son uses these shirts to workout and also to wear under his work clothes. He says they are comfortable and keep him warmer while he is working in the warehouse, without being bulky. I recommend this workout shirt for anyone looking to protect their skin from sweat chaffing or to layer under clothing.
