I was happy to get to try this Stainless Steel Cheese Slicer for Semi Hard and Hard Cheese with a Bonus Course Cheese Grater by Cooking Concepts.

I like that this cheese slicer makes nice think slices of cheese for topping crackers.  I like to use it for making a cheese platter.  I like that all the pieces are uniform in size unlike when I use a knife. 

I like that the course cheese grater makes nice shredded cheese from a big brick of solid cheese. I like to use it for salads and added to the top of my casseroles or topping mac n cheese dishes. It is nice that they have a hole in the handles so I can hang them in my kitchen for easy access or store them in the drawer.
