  Having the reflective vest, I was eager to try these 3M Scotchlite Reflective Arm Bands.  I really like these armbands a lot!  I like that they can be easily and quickly put on , even as I am walking.  I like that I can put them on my wrists and they are very visible at night while I am walking the dog, especially because I am swinging my arms as I walk.  The visibility of these armbands is amazing! I like that they can also be worn around the ankles as well. I think 2 pairs would be a great investment so they can be worn around the wrists and ankles at the same time.  I like that they are simple, no batteries or cords etc. Just a nice simple, reflective, velcro armband that works great!  I feel so much safer out at night walking the dog.  I recommend it!
