 As someone who loves the large cutting board and serving tray, I was thrilled to get this Small Cutting Board & Serving Tray by Pratico Kitchens.  It matches the large version exactly.  I could not be more happy with it.  I like that it is made from 100% bamboo.

 I think the juice groove is a great feature because it keeps juices from running off the board and onto the table or counter.  I even use it to hold the seeds of lemons and other fruits as I am cutting them, to keep them out of my food and easy to collect and compost. 

 I think the quality and thickness of the board is outstanding.  It cleans up easily and quickly then I stand it up in my dish drain to dry until next time. I rubbed some cutting board oil on it when I first opened the package, to keep it fabulous for years to come. I recommend this small cutting board/serving tray for every kitchen.
