  I was quite happy to give these Enzyme Blend Capsules by Udo's Choice a try.  I had my gall bladder removed many years ago, as a result my digestion can give me problems from time to time. Since I have been taking this blend of 7 vegetarian enzyme capsules. I have had a lot less digestive issues.  I have found this dietary supplement benefits my digestion and I feel a lot better because of it. I recommend this enzyme blend for anyone with lactose intolerance and or digestive issues.
